iHeartMedia, a leading media and entertainment company, collaborated with me to design promotional materials for a variety of their high-profile events, including concert banners, social media graphics, and event set lists. These materials were created to boost brand visibility and engage audiences across multiple platforms.
iHeartRadio Billboard - "Houston's Home for Real Hip Hop and Throwbacks"

Objective:

Designed an attention-grabbing billboard that highlights iHeartRadio's brand as the go-to station for hip hop and throwback music in Houston. The goal was to attract listeners by promoting the station’s focus on real hip hop and classic throwbacks, featuring popular artists to resonate with local audiences. 
Bold Visuals: The billboard features high-resolution images of popular hip hop artists and performers, creating an immediate connection with the target audience. The use of well-known figures helps to communicate the station's dedication to authentic music that resonates with the community. 
Typography: A clean and bold font was used for the main message, “Houston's Home for Real Hip Hop and Throwbacks!” ensuring it is visible even from a distance. The clear call to action, "Listen now on iHeartRadio," invites viewers to engage with the station. 
Color Scheme: The red and white color palette aligns with iHeartRadio's branding, while the use of darker tones behind the artist images adds depth and contrast, making the visuals pop against the sky background.
Outcome:
The billboard effectively captures the vibrant music scene of Houston and promotes iHeartRadio as a central hub for fans of hip hop and throwback music. Its strategic placement and compelling visuals create a strong visual identity for the station, reinforcing its presence in the local market.

Bud Light Weenie Roast Event - "Viva La Weenie"

Objective:

Designed vibrant promotional materials for the Bud Light Weenie Roast, including a poster and a concert set list graphic. The goal was to create an eye-catching, energetic design that highlights the event's sponsors and performing bands while maintaining a fun, laid-back vibe that resonates with attendees.

Design Approach:
Visuals: The poster prominently features the Bud Light bottle to emphasize the event’s sponsorship. The fiery orange and red background symbolizes the roast theme, adding energy and excitement to the design.  
Typography: Bold, playful fonts were used for the title "Viva La Weenie" and the lineup of bands. The curving text complements the dynamic, flowing design, making the names of the performing artists, like Blue October, Chevelle, and Dinosaur Pile Up, stand out.

Brand Integration: The Bud Light logo and 94.5 The Buzz radio station branding were integrated seamlessly to maintain brand consistency while keeping the focus on the event.

Outcome: 
The poster effectively captured the festive spirit of the Bud Light Weenie Roast, generating excitement and visually tying together the sponsors and the event itself.
Concert Set List Graphic

Design Approach:
Clarity & Readability: The set list was designed with a clean layout to ensure that the event schedule is easily readable for attendees. The same fiery background from the poster was carried over to maintain design consistency.

Typography: A bold, legible font was used to clearly display each band’s performance time. The colors of the text contrast well with the warm background to ensure readability.

Branding: The Bud Light Weenie Roast logo is featured at the top, keeping the branding front and center without overwhelming the core information.

Outcome
The set list provided a functional yet visually appealing way to keep attendees informed, adding to the overall experience and event organization.

Breakfast Club Christmas Party Graphic

Objective: 
Designed a festive promotional graphic for the 2016 Breakfast Club Christmas Party, featuring the popular radio show hosts. The goal was to create a vibrant and engaging visual that conveys the holiday spirit while highlighting the event’s key details.
Design Approach:
Festive Theme: The graphic incorporates holiday elements such as snow, pine branches, and confetti, evoking a fun and celebratory atmosphere.
Focus on Hosts: The central image prominently features the Breakfast Club hosts, making the connection between the show and the event clear.
Typography: The text “Christmas Party” is styled in a festive, bold font, paired with a modern, sleek typeface for "The Breakfast Club," ensuring clarity and visual hierarchy.

Cinco De Mayo Pub Crawl Graphic

Objective: 
Designed a promotional graphic for the Cinco De Mayo Pub Crawl featuring Dos Equis as the main sponsor. The goal was to create a bold, eye-catching design that captures the festive spirit of Cinco De Mayo while effectively promoting the event and sponsorship.
Design Approach:
Festive Colors: The green background with radial bursts symbolizes energy and celebration, perfectly matching the Cinco De Mayo theme. The use of the Dos Equis branding colors further reinforces the partnership with the beer sponsor.
Imagery: The prominent placement of the Dos Equis bottle, topped with a lime, immediately conveys the refreshing beverage associated with the event, while maintaining a clear focus on the product.
Typography: Bold, simple fonts were used to communicate the event details clearly, with “PUB CRAWL” being the focal point. The red “Cinco De Mayo” text adds a pop of color, drawing attention to the holiday.
Call to Action: The graphic includes a direct call to action, encouraging viewers to register at the website and use the hashtag #HTXPUBCRAWL to generate online engagement.
Outcome: 
This vibrant and engaging graphic successfully promoted the Cinco De Mayo Pub Crawl event, helping to attract participants and elevate Dos Equis’ brand visibility as the event’s main sponsor.

Travis Scott Concert Poster

Monochromatic Theme: The black-and-white imagery of Travis Scott creates a bold, dramatic visual, perfectly capturing his edgy, raw energy.
Typography: Clean, modern typography for "Travis Scott" adds a sleek, professional look, ensuring the artist's name is the central focus.
Branding: The 93.7 The Beat and Beat Bash logos were included to emphasize the event and station sponsors, ensuring brand consistency.
Minimalist Design: The minimalist approach keeps the focus on Travis Scott, while the grayscale tones create a high-end, urban feel.

 The poster was designed to stand out in urban settings, appealing to Travis Scott’s fan base and helping to promote the concert with a striking, powerful visual.
